Cake Batter Blondies
~1 box yellow cake mix
~1/4 cup canola oil
~1 egg
~1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
~1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
~1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 F.Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk slowly – you want the batter to remain as dense as possible so they are more of a “blondie” and not a cake. Mix in the rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 8×8 pan at 350 degrees. (It is okay if they don’t seem completely done. They will set up more as they cool.)
Very yummy!!

Cake Batter Rice Crispy Treats
~3 tbsp butter
~1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmellows
~1/4 cup (or more) yellow cake mix (I used about 1/2 cup)
~6 cups crispy rice cereal
~1 (7.5oz) container of sprinkles

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmellows. stir until they begin to melt. Add in cake mix one spoonful at a time so it's combined. stir in cereal so it's coated with marshmellow mixture. sprinkle in half of sprinkles and mix. (I didn't do half of them. I just went ahead and did all of them!) Press into baking dish and top with remaining sprinkles. Let sit about 30 mins before cutting!

Very yummy!! and so colorful! I loved them!
