Cake Batter Truffles

1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 c yellow cake mix
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp sprinkles

16 oz white dipping chocolate
4 tbsp yellow cake mix

Beat together butter and sugar with mixer. Blend in vanilla. Add cake mix, floour, salt and mix. Add 3 tablespoons or more of milk if needed to make a dough consistency. Mix in sprinkles by hand. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper. Melt chocolate and quickly stir in the 4 tbsp of cake mix. dip truffles into chocolate and top with sprinkles.

We liked these better than the Oreo truffles. The boys have already asked several times if I can make more of these!
