~1 cup light brown sugar
~1/2 cup sugar
~2 tsp vanilla
~2 eggs
~ 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
~1 tsp baking soda
~1 tsp salt
~2 cups chopped butterfinger bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl. Add vanilla and eggs and mix until incorporated. Add dry ingredients. MIX. Stir in chopped butterfingers. Spread in 9X13 baking dish. Bake 25 mins. Cool Completely.
Buttercream topping:
~1/2 cup room temperature butter
~1/2 cup vegtable shortening
~2 1/2-3 cups powdered sugar
~1/2 cup butterfinger bars
Cream butter and shortening until smooth. Add in powdered sugar, mix until smooth. Spread onto cooled blondies. Sprinkle with chopped butterfingers.

I made these today to take to an early Thanksgiving celebration tonight. Butterfingers are not one of my favorite candybars but this was pretty yummy. Everyone else that tried it seemed to like it. :)
