~1 cup All purpose Flour
~2 teaspoons baking powder
~1/2 teaspoons salt
~1 cup milk
~1 tablespoon veg oil
~1 large egg, lightly beaten
Prepare Pancake Battter.
Cinnamon filling:
~1/2 cup butter, melted
~3/4 cup packed brown sugar
~1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Filling should be the consistency of toothpaste. Put filling in a ziploc bag and snip the corner. (or I used my Pampered Chef Easy Accent decorator) Pour pancake onto skillet. Squeeze a spiral of filling onto pancake. Flip when bubbles appear.
Cream Cheese Glaze:
~4 tablespoons butter
~2 ozs cream cheese
~3/4 cup powdered sugar
~1/2 teaspoon vanilla
(I didn't have cream cheese so I left that out. when I make cinnamon rolls I just use butter and powdered sugar so that's how I did it for the pancakes)
Spoon Warm glaze onto top of pancakes! ENJOY!!
