Brownie Bombs

First make chocolate chip base by mixing:
~1 cup brown sugar
~1/2 cup butter
~1 egg
~1 tsp vanilla


Mix well. Then sift together:
~1 cup + 3 tablespoons flour
~1 tsp baking powder
~1/8 teaspoon baking soda


Add these dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Combine. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread in prepared baking dish.


Sprinkle with 18 oreo cookies broken into pieces. Add 2 dozen soft caramel candies. Make brownie mix. Pour brownie batter over oreos and caramel. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.


Cut in 2 inch squares.
