~2 cup Flour
~1 cup butter
~1/2 cup sugar
~4 beaten eggs
~1/2 cup sugar
~1/2 cup frozen concentrated pineapple juice
~1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
~1/2 teaspoon salt
~1/2 teaspoon baking powder
~1/4 cup flour
Cream butter and sugar, add flour. Mix well and spread out in greased 9 X 13 pan. Press down evenly with hands. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 mins.
Mix eggs with sugar. Add pineapple juice and crushed pineapple. Mix. Add salt and baking powder. Mix. Add flour, mix well. (It will be runny!) Pour mixture on top of pan you just baked. Put back in oven another 45-50 mins. Cool. Then cut into bars.
After they were done I put the rest of the can of crushed pineapple on top of them. That part is not in the recipe, but I thought it would make them even better! ;)
