Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

~no bake cheesecake mix

~chocolate chips

Rinse and pull green tops off strawberries. Carefully core the strawberry. I used a paring knife. ($1.50 Pampered Chef) Get as deep as you can without breaking the bottom of strawberry. Prepare cheesecake as directed on box. I used my Pampered Chef Easy Accent Decorator (or a ziplog bag with the corner snipped out if you don't own the decorator) Pipe the cheesecake mixture into Strawberry. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over them if desired.
