Cornbread Hamburger Pie

~pound ground beef

~med. onion, chopped

~med. green pepper, chopped

~package 8 1/2 oz cornbread mix

~Can 10 3/4 oz condensed tomato soup

~2 tablespoons ketchup

~1/4 cup Salsa

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook hamburger meat with onion and green pepper. in skillet until no longer pink. Drain and place mixture into 9 inch pie plate. Prepare cornbread according to package directions. Stir other 3 ingredients into beef mixture. Spoon cornbread batter over beef mixture. Bake uncovered for 15 mins. It took longer than 15 mins for the cornbread to get done so it got pretty brown on top. It was really very tasty and easy to make.
