~package of taco seasoning
~14 oz cream cheese
~12 large pasta shells
~1 cup salsa
~1 cup taco sauce
~1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
~1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
~1 1/2 cups tortilla chips
~green onions (chopped), sour cream, black olives or your favorite taco toppings
Cook beef and add taco seasoning according to seasoning packet instructions. Add cream cheese and simmer until cheese is melted. Cook pasta shells. Pour salsa in bottom of 9 X13 Baking dish. Stuff each shell with meat mixture and cover tops with taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Sprinkle with chips and cheeses. Cook about 15 more mins. Serve with taco toppings.
SOOO YUMMY!! Kept seeing this recipe on Pinterest and I thought it looked pretty good but wasn't sure if it was something I wanted to try. So glad I did because it was sooo good!!
